Regular sized vestibule. Front desk clerk was preoccupied. For a second to greet me as I walked in. Restrooms are tiny but clean. The dining area was a good size.
Tried to log on internet with my phone and iPad no success. Besides that nice hotel. King size room both shower and jacuzzi tub. Kinda isolated from rest of Williamston, but a not a long drive to town.
Nice place with professional staff! Was going through some major renovations while we were there (mostly cosmetic),but nothing that hindered our stay. Breakfast was a wonderful treat in the mornings. Pool was a little on the small side but ok. Should be 5 stars once updates are complete.
Well they where under construction... The hot tub wasn't working & looked nasty.. I ask for a fork to feed my kids dinner because local Mexican restaurant forgot to pack in Togo bags. The African American front desk girl told me flat out now I ask for management he told me let him see they where running low. He came back to the phone then said yes.... To be honest my stay this time last year was much better then this year..
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Williamston NC after being evacuated from Hatteras Island due to Hurricane Maria. Tamara at the front desk was more than professional!. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room she gave us was clean and comfortable, with a hot tub, very nice. It was quiet and just what we needed. It is a very nice hotel at a good price. The breakfast in the morning was standard fare but very welcome. We were only there one night so we didn't get to see much in the area, other than the hotel.
