No wash cloths in room. The pool was out of order. The ice maker didn't work.
Friendly staff. The room was nice but the free breakfast in the lobby was pitiful, thankfully the restaurant next door has a fabulous breakfast buffet.
Room smelled like smoke and breakfast sucked
The staff here is awesome. The rooms are nice and facility is very convenient location. I have been staying here for weekdays for over 3 months.
Went to room and found PUBIC HAIR all over the shower, toliet and the floor. GROSS!!! Got sent to the 2nd room with an escort from the lovely lady that works the evening and she found the same thing in that room and the last room we looked at. Same owner for the Magnuson across the street that i got sent to since i refused to stay in any of these rooms. Same thing in the 1st room I was sent to. Apparently the cleaning people need to get retrained. Next week our company will be staying with a different hotel, just as soon as I get back and tell them about these accommodations.
