It's a very small practice and no appointments are made except for surgeries. They are very reasonably priced on their services and the vets are extremely nice and caring.
Friendly personal service we take all our pets to Dr. Sheltons office it is a true family Vet. Love and recommend them.
Update...unfortunately I'm reducing the stars. Not because of the doctors who are amazing but because of their receptionist. I've been to this office about 10 times in the last 2 years with my 3 dogs and she was always a little snippy and rude that the one time she was actually in a good mood I didn't know what to do with myself. I've often thought of taking my business somewhere else just because of her. She needs an attitude adjustment since she is the first person and last person you deal with and leaves a big impression. If they had a pleasant person in this position, I'd give them 5 stars again.
The best vet we have ever been to. 2 dogs, 2 cats. All cared for and treated promptly and kindly. Prices are phenominal imo. It can get busy especially on Mondays and Fridays but thats only bc people come from all over to have their loved ones cared for by Dr. Shelton and the Drs. Newman.
We have had two experiences at this vet and are very pleased. Our cat had surgery; he healed quickly and was back to his old self within a day. Our small dog had his teeth cleaned; he was alert and happy when we picked him up. The was an error on the first bill, and we brought it to their attention: the lady at reception apologized for the mistake and immediately corrected it with our credit card.
