Very bad experience. Had a 1:00 appointment and arrived early for a first time registration. Sat for an hour and was finally shown to dental area by a young man that just stared at me. He bumbled around and messed up two X-rays and passed me off to an efficient pleasant young lady who took a FULL SKULL X-RAY. Dentist insisted crown repair would be a waste of money and gave Novocain for extraction and then disappeared for an hour. (Out to lunch?) More Novocaine and a wrenching pull so horrendous I thought my skull would crack. He said I would have pain and when I replied, You think? he went ballistic and yelled at me all the way down the hall. One of the worst four hour dental experiences of my life. STAY AWAY.
