I can't complain. The place is pretty good. I wish they were open just a little later during the night so I don't feel like I need to rush there as soon as I get off work. I also wish they were open during the day on Sundays but for a small town like Williamston, closing at 9:00pm Mon-Thurs, 8pm on Fridays, and 9-5 on Saturdays should be sufficient. The staff is very nice and they always speak. The equipment is in good shape and the prices are reasonable. There really isn't much to complain about. I give the place a rating of 4 out of 5 simply because I wish their hours were a little more flexible.

Great staff, family atmosphere
It's ok, but I think the equipment could be updated. It is at least 10 years old and, in the fitness world, a lot has changed in that time. Some of the treadmills have broken screens and torn "tread". There aren't any televisions, which can make working out really boring. Coming from a larger city where there was more competition, it is lacking. I would rather pay a little more and have nicer machines. I realy don't want to drive to Greenville so it will have to do for now.
