I was warned they wouldn't care. I won't ever shop at any Schewels again. They can't be trusted.
Apparently not true. The warranty i was just shown only covers bodily fluids. I would not have paid for the warranty if the salesperson hadn't misled me. After 6 months ifvreporting damage by our puppy and presenting a photo, a repairman finally came all the way from Virginia. He looked at the damage and asked if I had the parts. I said I was told nothing about needing parts. He said he'd have to get in touch with the company and come back. To me, that infers he could fix it. Never heard from them again, except for sales flyers and a card with a coupon for my birthday.
Buyer, beware!
Me and my wife went to shop there today and I felt like they discriminated because we're black my total came up to overn 4 thousand but we wanted to pay with check, a guy walked up oh there's a small problem we have to hold your check for 10 days,but when I pulled the cash out apologies we're coming from left to right but guess what their lost not mine's Ashley furniture was very greatful. Moral of the story you can't judge a book by its cover!!!

I got the corporate number and called. Got a message that corporate office was closed due to inclement weather.
Very dissatisfied with Schewels in Williamston. They will not honor the warranty for the sofa i bought, even tho i specifically asked salesperson if it covered damage by pets. She even mentioned fixing claw holes.

I went to the store, showed the photo and my sales receipt and asked for a refund in the warranty, which was useless. The salesperson hadn't worked there for a long time. The attitude of the staff was condescending and astounded that i would ask for a refund. Their "Sorry, we can't do anything about it" was in the tone of "Tough luck, we don't care."
